Hello Kids
Welcome to another week of Purdue football, this week we take on the #6 ranked Penn State Nittany Lions Saturday at Ross Ade Stadium at Noon. Yours truly will be there cheering my heart out for my Boilers, hoping to shock the college football world, and secretly hoping it's not a blowout! It's been widely mentioned we haven't beaten a ranked team in a long time, and our record setting(at least Purdue records) quarterback Curtis Painter has never won a BIG game. I like the kid, but I feel sad that he will be breaking the all time great Drew Brees' records at Purdue. I am still open to the possibility of Coach Tiller putting in our back up. Anyway if the defense doesn't play better it won't matter what our offense does.

This week's guest picker is one of my favorite bloggers and my first........ commenter ever. It's none other than that Kent State Golden Flasher- Design Goddess. She wants me to point out she doesn't know what she's doing, but looking at her picks she did really well. Topolk's Clemson Tigers are off this week getting ready for their big showdown with Wake next week, and Duck's Boise State team defeated Louisiana Tech last night, and looked damn good in doing so. Also Duck that was pretty cool how the did every other orange and blue in the stadium! Onto the picks.

Phats- Tech is finally playing someone, even if K-State is nowhere near what they used to be this will be a good challenge for the Raiders. We still won't know much after this game, but Tech will win it.

Phats- I am not optimistic at all for this game, and just hoping we stay within 2 TD's. However, I never pick against my Boilers and will watch Purdue get its biggest upset in years on a Chris Summers 40 yard field goal as time expires. BOILER UP!
