Big Monday

Hi guys,
Hope everyone is doing well, I am OK. We got more snow today bleh, and it's freezing cold! I hate winter, I can't wait til it's over. Someone wake me up when it is. I have been really busy lately with work related things, it has been a nice distraction, but I am also tired as hell. So, after I finish getting updates on you all, I am off to bed.

Well today's post is to get ready for the incredibly HUGE basketball game tonight(monday). My beloved Boilermakers, the womens team, take on Ohio State in a BIG contest. This one should decide the big ten womens title, as 19-3 Purdue hosts 18-1 OSU, both undefeated in big ten play. I am so glad that this game is at Mackey Arena! They are doing Pack the Mack for the game, and all seats are 2$, ESPN2 will be televising it, so who all is going to watch? haha I am sure none of you, possibly Cheryl. What makes this game so big is that they only play once, and it's at Mackey, and there are really no other teams in the Big Ten that can hang with these two. We're playing for NCAA tournament seeding, and everyone wants to hang a big ten title banner right? I almost didn't do this post, because Purdue seems to not do as well in big games when I write about them, but I thought what the heck. Last year we went 1-2 vs. the Suckeyes, beating them at Mackey, losing in Columbus, and losing in the Big Ten tournament championship. We really have a better team this year then we did last year, so I expect us to pull out a close game. My prediction

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Those interested Federer and Serena Williams won the Aussie Open. A good chance we might see a grand slam this year, both of them might struggle on the clay of Paris, but they have proven they could win there. That is the next big one. Could be interesting. Serena pasted Sharapova.
