Frustrated

I am a frustrated Boilermaker.  The last time I saw a team look like they just don't care to be playing football was back in the Champs Sports Bowl where we lost to a bad Maryland team.  Minnesota is not good, and they shredded us and what was so frustrating there was NO corrections by our inept coaching staff.  Now here's where I get pissed and I am sorry in advance Caleb Terbush, but he played really bad and umm we have 3 QB's this year but Hope didn't even think about pulling him until we were down 44-7 late in the third quarter.  Guess what happened?  He brings Marve in playing on a torn acl and he leads on two consecutive drives to touchdowns.  Why was he not in there early?  The players are trying to be all PC but you can tell in their comments they prefer to be out there with Marve leading them yet Hope"less" continues to start Terbush.  Well, now that his job might be even more on the line he has finally announced that Marve will start this Saturday against Penn State.  Look I love Purdue, but I hate how Morgan Burke(our AD) can't swallow his pride and say look I made a mistake, and to be honest if he wanted to do the right thing he should have fired Hope when he got back from Minnesota.  However, that would have led to our inept OC taking over and he's not much better.  I almost want to lose out just to see if they will FINALLY listen to the fans and sack Danny.  The attendance might be ugly Saturday, PSU is not traveling like they used to, Purdue fans are spreading the word to boycott it's going to be interesting.  The best news basketball season starts Tuesday night.   Hopefully Painters boys get us fired up for something, we might be the baby Boilers part 2 as we expect to play a ton of Freshmen. 

Not sure where all of you are located but if you're on the east coast hope you're all safe and sound with the "frankenstorm" moving in sounds like Sandy is a real Bitch :)  The weather here has turned BIG TIME  we had a nice Indian summer last week including an 80 degree day, but heard possibly snowflakes both Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.  While it sounds bad to complain about the weather with what some people are going thru, winter coming has me depressed.

Last thing to touch on a few posts ago I made some comments about being frustrated and not in a good frame.  I want to clarify it's nothing to do with love, work, health.  I used to never open up about anything on here but since nobody reads this anymore I went with it and then I wish I hadn't.  The comments about love come from like 5 different friends either getting married or engaged, and while I am happy for all them(especially Bekah!!) I don't really want to hear about it.  To me it's kind of like having to look at your kids pictures of going to school on the first day blah blah pass! :)  Yes, I am a grinch
