Week 2 time to POTFI!!!!

Well it's week 2 in college football and the stakes definitely get raised this week for the Boilermakers as we travel to the land of leprechauns and arrogant fans to take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in South Bend. Look no secret here I hate Notre Dame, they are easily have some of the most arrogant fans in the country, when they travel dealing with their fans at your own stadium is worse than your most hated rival, IU's fans are more civil and that's just sad. For some reason they think they are still relevant in the national picture and our a title contender because they USED to be a power. I am not sure if we can win this game or not, but I like our chances this is easily the best team Coach Hope has had going up against the Irish, however I am not sure I agree with his choice of starting quarterback. For our opener Caleb Terbush our named starter was suspended, #2 on the depth chart Robert Marve(a Miami Hurricane transfer) started and threw for 300 yards and looked REALLY good. I think they both play I just hope Terbush produces early on. Picking with me this week is Travis, a Nebraska fan definitely take a minute and check out his blog oh and he loves salads. Lets get on with and we add in the NFL games this week as well. Tennessee, West Virginia, and Boise State are all ove this week

New England Patriots(Thomas) at Tennessee Titans
Travis- I'll take the Patriots 34-20. Locker is not a rookie but he might as well be and the Patriots are pretty good as long as they aren't playing the Giants.

Travis- What? I am a hardcore college football fan but I thought Phats was jacking with me. I've never heard of Presbytarian Blue Hose. WTF is a blue hose? If the Presbytarians weren't a Godly clan I'd think they were into Smurf porn. Blue and Yellow makes green and y'all already know I despise green stuff. I find this match up of colors as unappetizing as I do a bowl of salad.

Phats- GOD I hate Notre Dame. I really do feel like we have a shot here, our defense is improved, our offense has never been a problem, and they are coming off a game in Ireland. Here's hoping some jetlag will set in during the game. Maybe I am drinking the black and gold kool-aid and will get a reality check here but I think the Boilers pull off the upset shocking the leprechauns POTFI!!!
