Time to take back the bucket!!! POTFH

That is what we're playing for Saturday, when the Boilers and Hoosiers meet at noon on ESPN 2 to decide who gets the Old Oaken Bucket. This is our rivalry game, and as most of you know I HATE Indiana University with a passion. Those stupid munckins to the south SUCK ASS, and I hope we lay a beating on them. That being said we are also playing for last place in the big ten WOOHOO! haha. This is a huge game for Purdue even with a record of 3-8 because of one thing, Coach Joe Tiller will be coaching his last game as the Boilermakers head coach. I am very sad to see this guy go, because before he arrived our last bowl appearnce was in the 80's, since he took over he has taken us bowling in 10 of his 12 seasons, including the grand daddy of them all the Rose Bowl. So to this I say thank you Coach, now kick some Hoosiers ass! Also it should be noted we are a 2 TD favorite.

This is the last week for predictions, and I couldn't think of two better people to end it with. Since I didn't have anyone do picks last week, I have two to pick with me this week. Both root on the Red Raiders of Texas Tech and I thought this would be a great week for them to pick. First up is Jef AKA Knot, a good guy, he is listed under knot on the links check out his blog I really enjoy it. Jef is probably someone I would meet in real life, but also someone that would get me in a ton trouble probably ha! The other guest picker is Fuzz, his blog is listed under Fuzz in the links and I must warn there is some adult content, I wouldn't read it at work, another good guy and both of them have taken my Tech ribbing in jest so here we go. Phats- No way will the Boilers lose Joe Tiller's last game to a bad IU team. In Tiller's 10 years we have lost to them twice, once in a monsoon, and then last year's game where we didn't play football til the 4th and almost came all the way back. Phats- After securing our spot in the Preseason NIT semi's we get a filler game with Coppin State, I give them credit they play a tough schedule, but it won't help em. Purdue's defense is just too good even when the offense isn't, boilers in a runaway.
