Paula Abdul Sucks!

Alright kids American Idol just ended, and I am getting ready to vote like mad for my girl Kat. So here is a rundown of the happs. Taylor won the coin toss and elected to go second, so Kat was up first and sang Black horse and the cherry tree. I love watching her do this song it's fun! The judges were okeh with it but not blown away. Simon, I think said it best that it was just a warm up. Next comes Mr Spaz himself Taylor, and to be honest and sorry I can't even remember the song he sang, but the judges all loved it and Simon claimed him the winner of rd 1, Phats ageed. Song number two was Kat doing Somewhere over the rainbow. I was very nervous only because of how awesome she was last time, WOW she was even better. This is considered a HOME RUN! The judges ALL loved her, Simon said it was even better this time. Then we have SpazMan it was the song he sang in one of the rounds that proved Simon wrong. Randy said it was pitchy, Paul OF COURSE disagreed, and then Simon proclaimed Kat winner of rd 2 leaving us deadlocked and Phats agreed. Then we get to their singles, and I was very worried because I didn't think Kat sounded good, and her song was dumb. All the judges agreed it was just "alright" Simon told Kat fans to remember her brillance from the second song. Then we have Mr. AARP sing his original, I didn't like that song either but he did alright, to which Simon proclaimed him the winner of American Idol, which set the retard off with his WOOO's. Finally the show ended with Daniel Powter singing "bad day" and the video clips behind him, great way to end it because I love that song! What irritates me is, and it's been this way for the last 4 seasons Paula is blatantly bias towards the men. She never likes the women contestants that are good, and you could so see that again tonight it's getting old! I wish they'd fire her. Maybe she is jealous that these lovely ladies are more talented then she ever was?? I mean she danced with an animated cat for pete's sake.

My take I believe Taylor will win :( Unfortunately for him though I don't think he'll sell the most records of his season. His voice is not what the fans like most about him, they like his spaz dancing, that won't translate to a CD. Chris and Paris are my bets to be most successful from this season. Chris even though I didn't like his screaming, has an offer already boring, and Paris give her a couple of years she'll be a star. Speaking of, all the idol 12 were in the audience, saw my original favorite Paris shaking it to one of Taylor's songs. I can't wait for tomorrow it will be a fun show, surely all of them will do some big group medly, and I heard Carrie Underwood will be there. Speaking of, I happened to flip to the CMA's as soon as daniel powter finished, and she was singing "jesus takes the wheel" then BOOM she wins the next award for song of the year, WAY TO GO CARRIE!!

Some other tv news, I got my tv guide haha. All you Grey's Anatomy fans it's switching nights in the fall. It will now be on Thursday at 9pm. Also another interesting thing I read, after saying it was over for good and having a series finale, 7th heaven got picked up for one more season. Odd right? TV Guide blasted lost, pretty much saying it has jumped the shark. Any of you non idol fans out there watch Stephen King's Desperation tonight? I am taping it, let me tell you I read that book and it scared the living shit out of me! I was reading that one summer when I was home from college, and working late nights then driving home freaked me out after reading that book. I can't wait to watch it. Beading you should read this one too!
