My Field

Well kids Championship Week has pretty much ended and this time tomorrow we all will know where everyone is headed as the field for this year's NCAA tournament will be announced. I for one can't wait!! Every year I take Thurs/Fri off to watch ALL the games. As for my Boilers we played well in the Big Ten Tourney but bowed out to Ohio State, no shame in that. I am thinking unfortunately we are going to wind up in the dreaded 8/9 seed range meaning you win 1 game and you get to play a #1 seed! What a reward! Our women on the other hand won the Big Ten Tournament pretty remarkable that the tournament has been held 18 times and Purdue has appeared in the final game 12 times and won it 8. We are probably looking at a 4 seed with an outside shot at a 3, the nice thing is we host the first two rounds so we know we will be home at least. I am doing my bracket challenge again hoping you all will play, I will be emailing you your regions as soon as the bracket is out. Last year's champ was Travis, will he defend his title??

Every year, I predict who I think will make the field and here goes nothing see how I do tomorrow. Teams in all caps secured a bid by winning their conf tournament.
