Summer Reading :)

First off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JENN!!! That's my sister, today is her birthday, I will leave her age out of this one. I hope she is having a great day, I just called her and heard the boys in the background. We're celebrating soon.

So, I FINALLY finished my book "bag of bones" by King, it was really really good, I totally recommend it, if you're a King fan it's a great read. Now I am going to start "Countdown" by Iris Johansen, my sister turned me on to this author, for those of you that read her, this is a Joe, Eve, Jane book. I love reading, I get so into the book I am reading I go into a zone and it's hard to get my attention, and I make a personal attachment to all the characters. I find myself seeing in my head what each character looks like and the story playing out to me there is nothing better then reading. Often when I have finished a book, I am wanting to know even more about all the characters in which I just read, that's why I like Johansen's books. She often will use characters over and over in her books so I just keep getting to learn about my favorite characters. I think everyone should read, it keeps you healthy :)

So, I think I am in the doghouse again, not sure?!? I know that I should have hung out with Ryan and Jenn when they were in Kokomo, and I wanted too, but some things came up beyond my control. First off, I thought on friday we were all hanging out early afternoon, so I had helped organize a tennis picnic for 20 of my closest friends. However Jenn didn't call me til like 6:30 and the picnic was set to start at 7 oops :( Then on Sat due to some things that happened LATE LATE friday night I went to sleep pissed off, and woke up even more pissed and didn't feel like doing a damn thing, and of course Jenn called and I was like give me 2 hrs and I will call you back, well the reason I was pissed actually called me after Jenn. Then some things happened and I never got to hang out with them, and I am sure she is pissed, hell I would be. I also kind of felt like maybe they should be there without me, with Ryan meetng the family for the first time, I didn't wanna be a distraction. Hopefully not too mad, but you never know :(

Cara and I last night visited other blogs, and made random comments and one of them emailed cara back and made me laugh so hard, Cara you're nuts just like me HAHAHAHA :) Wimbledon update, Americans left 3, (2 women 1 man) I can't stand andy roddick unfortunately he is going to the final book it, he is such a prick. I want Lindsey Davenport to win the women's title she won a big one today beating clijsters. Hey lets hear it for the AARP Martina Navratilova is in the Quarterfinals of the womens doubles Go GOLDEN OLDIES!!
